good ! i've always hated that mercedes was related to chrysler. now only if i can scratch off that "chrysler" part from my daimlerchrysler sticker under my hoodDaimlerChrysler AG will sell 80.1 percent of its money-losing Chrysler Group to private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP for $7.4 billion, the company announced Monday, undoing a 1998 merger aimed at creating a global auto giant.
The German-American automaker said in a statement that an affiliate of Cerberus will hold the majority stake in a new Chrysler Holding LLC while DaimlerChrysler will keep a 19.9 percent stake.
I can see what he is saying and to be honest i tend to agree. The slk feels engineered to the hilt and the cls does not, according to stickers??? LOL
It's just a sticker Not all SLKs have them, mine doesn't, and a I collected it personally from the factory. My E Class does have the sticker, and that's needed quite a few repairs over the last couple of years. Assuming the sticker has any significance whatsoever is the wackiest suggestion I've heard for a while. To see that the SLK has the signature makes sense.
Yeah true but the fact that they simply copied the 32 is the issue.Lets hope more funds are invested in MB and AMG rather than the SRT Crap.
That SRT6 crap was a 32amg r170 body same engine runng gear etc as a SLK 32amg --- our cars are great but to slam the other guy --- not fun
