McLaren has officially pulled the wraps off yet another special edition of the impressive P1, which is dedicated to the legendary Ayrton Senna.

Just a few days ago, the British based automaker has introduced the unique Alain Prost edition of the P1 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and now, out of nowhere, the company has pulled the wraps off yet another special edition of the hybrid hypercar, which is dedicated to the legendary Ayrton Senna. The color scheme of the exotic ride is inspired from the livery design on the helmet which has been worn by the multiple F1 world champion.

The main color of the supercar is Volcano Yellow and we can also notice the green accents, prominent on the headlights and taillights and on the sides, along with the gloss black wheels. The brake calipers have been also finished in the same green shade, to complete the looks of the model. Senna’s signature on the rear wing and below the front right headlight, along with several other touches, are making this model one of a kind. Under its hood we can find the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 petrol burner along with the electric motor, producing a total of 903 HP And 978 Nm of torque. Power is being sent to the RWD through a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission and the 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes just 2.8 seconds and top speed stands at 350 km/h (217 mph).
