I was finding it difficult to obtain this tool in the UK so I made my own for £2.
All you need is a 17mm ring spanner deep set, and a cutting disc in a grinder.
mark the 17mm end using either a ruler or a 17mm openended spanner, then cut a section out as per photo, you can then use it to lever off the plug caps and also to re-fit them as well.

Not gone down the spark plug change road yet but have done it on my bike that has a lot less room to work, made a loop of nylon cord and used it to loop round the spark plug caps which are a bit longer than the MB ones. A quick tug pulls them off replacing is always easier.
