So here are the sizes available. You'll notice they are 210 part numbers, and are used on W210, W208, and My guess is also on C-class and S-class cars.

So If I go from a spring pad with 4 burls to 1 burl, that takes 12mm out of height of the spring. BUT, How much does this translate when you measure at the wheel arch? The coil spring is about half way between the control arm bushing and the ball joint so I'm thinking it will amplify the difference at the wheel. (by almost double??)

Does anyone have any real-world examples of changing spring pads?

Last question - what size spring pads came stock on the 2002 SLK32 AMG?

thanks.

Those links are gold. Thank you!
But even like this I couldn't find the spring coils rubber pad shims height from factory. I was able to see the rears, in my case two burls or 9mm, but and in the front?? I'd like to lower the body a little bit, around 10mm would be fine. Does anybody know the thikness of front shims??

Regards.
