has anyone tried the kleeman kit for facelift 200K or 230K M111 engine?
you can see the details in the below link:

http://shop.kleemann.dk/shop/boost-kits-23c1.html

The kit consists of a new outer ring for the crank pulley, a new alternator pulley and a new serpentine belt. And it says the ECU upgrade is not needed.

I really wonder if anyone tried and happy with the result.
Can this kind of mechanical upgrade without ecu tuning ruin the engine because of detonation etc.? thanks...

I use the ASP pulley, no ECU tune or any other pulley's used and love it. ASP welds their outer ring on the pulley, some places use set screws so be careful how its mounted.

I sent an email to Kleeman about these, here's the response

Thanks for taking the time to write!

I'm afraid KLEEMANN no longer offers any performance options for the M111 2.3L supercharged 4-cyl. found in your SLK230. KLEEMANN once sold pulley kits but we have since discontinued it due to lack of demand.

If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks again!

Kleemann stop selling the kit for the slk230 when my kit came out selling at half price compared to Kleemann kit. I sold the right to Lee @ASPRacing.com. It now known as ASP pulley kit.

Ahh good to know.

Whan I found an older cached page of the Kleeman R170 performance upgrades it looked like they had 3 or 4 upgrade options, the pulley, headers, something that looked like a cam shaft upgrade...

If they do you are golden, Maybe if you clicked Turkey it's a different warehouse. I emailed Germany...

But if it's the same kit as the ASP Pulley kit, then you are looking at a 20% price difference.

some online shops send to Turkey. No worries. you can google it.
And Kleemann is shipping to Turkey also. For long-term side effects
it's a benz. What can i say...
Possibly kompressor will be dead like 300K km. It will make some noise.. without kit i mean... But with kit, it will do it earlier..
Anyway, you will need to change the supercharger when it finish.

ASP and Kleemann kits are diffirent. ASP offers some extra parts for maf relocation etc. Kleemann kit is only coming as pulleys and belts.

Both is saying 240 HP but i don't really beleive that.
Anybody tried on of these kits and how much did it effect the 0-60 time?
