A motorcycle rider out testing his new helmet camera smashes into the back of a car, flips over and lands on the hood.

But........
Car slams on brakes on clear road. Rider, meantime, looks right, then looks forward and it takes a second to realize car is stopped. Brakes are over engaged, causing screeching, meaning ability to maneuver is lost (it's a bike), so accident occurs. Rider should've been more attentive, but it's the car's fault for stopping.

First rule of the road: always assume the vehicle in front is being driven by a complete moron and allow enough room, and pay enough attention, so that you can stop if they slam their anchors on for no apparent reason.

There seemed to be plenty of time for the rider to take evasive action there - wasn't a case of the rider being right up his back end and then the car driver dropping anchor in a cloud of tire smoke.
