I'm talking about this part, the black cover next to the B-pillar,
would like to carbon wrap it, any idea ?

Partially open the top, remove the screws, remove the piece.

Just had an extensive thread on this

http://www.slkworld.com/slk-r171-general-discussion/12095-black-glass-rear-pilars-areas-fading-2006-slk280.html

No screws hold this piece, but there is some adhesive tape. Procedure is to partially lower top until ends are clear so the bottom can be tapped and the piece slid upward and off its mounting tabs. When reinstalling, procedure also calls for lubricant and when I look up this part number the catalog calls it adhesive. This plus the aformentioned butyl tape.

The two minutes it takes to remove the pillar will make it a lot easier removing and reinstall the trim piece; just my opinion.
