If you are going to do it, do it right - have it analyzed, and change it when the analysis says to......
I am with John, and IIRC BH posted he same for their trucks/semi-

I wonder what the usual cost is for an oil anlaysis and if it comes out more cost effective if the longer interval for oil change defrays the cost of the oil analysis.

Uh, one could swim faster due to the "slickness" of the oil?

I wonder if they drain the Olympic pool oil using dipstick vacuum suction or drain plug method. Oops don't want to open that debate again!
