Hey Y'all !
I've gleaned quite a lot of good info from this site and very much appreciate those who have done before, and share that experience. I just replaced the AC blower motor on our 2002 SLK 320( thanks to SLKWorld) and reckon we saved $300 or more on a DIY. I installed a replacement and hope to resurrect the old motor and keep as a spare. I will attempt to post pics later.
Thanks again.

Following up on the recent 2002 SLK blower motor replacement. I've attached a pic of a fairly easy way to test the motor before removing it from under the dash.(Although the motor in the pic has been removed) After removing the plastic covers under the dash, disconnect the red and blue wires from the relay. Then connect a fresh 9 volt battery to the leads. Be sure to connect red wire to positive side of 9 volt battery. 9 volts are enough power to get the motor spinning. If the motor doesn't spin, you may have bad brushes in the motor, or it may be jammed with debris.
