I can't say for your car but I use the website below to check.

It doesn't show Glasgow yet but I'd assume if your car is ok for the others it'd be ok for Glasgow too.

Many early 172 cdi models were not Ultra Low Emission Compliant or does not meet the ULEZ emission standard
so if its the same standard as London ULEZ cant see why the standard would be diff.

Without knowing your car details or even reg i cannot inform you.
But Your in the bracket of a charge .

Hence why ive been banging on about ULEZ …….
Some SLK Diesel owners should be very concerned if there in the Zone & there resale Value will be a lot Less now !

So I’d be Euro 5 then for a 2014 registration. Glasgow City Council Website says I’ll need to pay…….bit expensive for a daily commute.
It all depends on Co2 emissions g/km etc Euro spec 5 etc
Only way is more inf of your car req to be certain.

You may consider selling SLK or poss may get a discount if you live in the area that i dont know the stance
but if its the same charge Daily of £12.50 which i guarantee will go up very soon .😬😬

Find another car park location or pay for someones driveway be cheaper to stay away from the zone ?

The same gov’t that encourages councils to ULEZ type charges, is the same gov’t that promoted diesel.
Same with EV. Encourage, then charge.

Eventually, the charge will be for any vehicle in a zone.

They promote public transport, then semi scrap/postpone their flagship HS2.

All about the money.
