I've been stumped by my foggy windows in winter for awhile. Cleaned all the drain tubes, checked the passenger side well (dry), no heater core leaks. Then I stumbled on this excellent thread: http://www.slkworld.com/slk-r170-class-diy/33742-air-recirculation-flap-inside-outside-cabin-air-problem.html

That was likely my problem but I didn't want to take the whole dash apart (as I'm pretty lazy). I figured that by taking the glove box out, manually closing the door and cutting off the vacuum, I'd be good. I know the ac wont work as well but I'm in Minnesota and when it's nice out, the top is down anyway.

It took me 15 mins to take it apart, 6 mins to shoot the video and 20 mins to reassemble. Hope this is helpful to the group.
