easy entry and exit not working

Yes.
Turn ignition to on
Select Passenger mirror
Adjust so you can see rear tire and curb
Press Memory button on side of drivers seat (the middle round one)
within 3 secs move mirror adjustment forward to set the parking mirror memory.

Done
