Durkatlon smoked brakelight mod

hi people this is directed at the uk guys that have done this with Durkatlon smoked brakelight mod kit I think I have followed the instructions but I have a problem the drivers side night light is brighter but the pass side is dull basically the same as without the mod anyone have any ideas:crying:

Sounds like you didn't wire up the output into the taillight housing correctly. If it comes on at all, it sounds like the black+yellow wires on the 5-pin connector (which terminate in a small black 2-pin connector) are likely dangling, and not plugged into the housing.

your prob right durk ill have another look tomorrow maybe it wont be pissing down uk is well wet at the moment
No worries, Darran. Another possibility is that the module was connected to the brake light connectors instead of the running lights. This is easy to get wrong. If this is the case though the brake light will no longer work on that side of the car, so that would be a simple thing to check first.

excellent mate im glad theres guys like you around to sort out the problems us mia mortals cant solve
much brighter very happy with the lights now. how can they can be legal being so dim without your mod
much better
