I spotted this Anti-GPS tracking device and wondered if this works against Lojack?

Seems it works on a 1450 to 1600Mhz bandwidth

Varying bands of GPS work on 1227.6 MHz and 1575.42 MHz

This is very concerning when We spend so much cash on Security tracking and a simple device carried by the Theifs can block it.

Your car can probably still talk to people, it just won't know where it is.

Does Tele_Aid also read from the GPS or does it somehow trianulate from raido mast or similar?

The product isn't available yet, But here's a link to a retailer and IO've read about it at several sources.

The Tele-Aid gets its location information from GPS and reports it via GSM so that would stop it dead in it's tracks.

You could still activate it and it would still report road speed but thats about it.

I don't know about Lojack but the popular tracker over here is called Tracker (very original) and its a self contained unit with no connection to the vehicle except for power that gets hidden away in the car (TRUNK!) it uses GSM to communicate with the company and GPS to track but it also has a simple RF beacon that can be activated and police cars carry scanners to look out for the signals, so it would be very limited in function but still work in close range.

The UK has already adapted to this stuff a thief will simply lift a car up as level as possible to trick the alarm then push it onto a truck and drive off if the car has a tracker it will detect the movement via GPS and contact the company who will inform the police and the owner but the thief will carry the car right to a lockup and leave it inside, the clever bit is the room will be lead lined and no signals will get in or out then they simply smash the window pop the hood, disconnect the battery and wait for the internal batteries in the car alarm and the tracker to run down once that happens back on the truck and on to its destination.
