I've had the car for a year and I'm still trying to get familiar with using the voice commands. I finally sat down and made myself a cheat sheet regarding Audio and Phone commands as those are the two functions I need the most.

I use an iPod connected in the glove box for almost all of my music and am staggered to discover that there doesn't seem to be a voice command to switch to that from Audio.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Is there a Media Interface voice command that I'm overlooking?

Yes, I ran across the same issue. I was as surprised as you and didn't find a command either.
Didn't look extensively though as I never use the option, was just playing around with it.
I prefer to just press a button, still find it weird talking to a machine.............
Must be my old age I guess.....

I'm 72 and decided I much prefer the voice commands, if I can get them right, to scrolling through the menu and pushing buttons while driving. Thanks for your response.

I just find it hard to believe that the overly anal German engineers provided a specific hardwire connection for an iPod and no way to access it by voice.

The Aux outlet in the glove box, yes. The iPod no.
