I have started to suffer from alot of condensation in the boot (Trunk) and after reading some threads decided that I must have some drain holes blocked.

I have been looking for a suitable tool to clear them with and have come across this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-68872-Pipe-Sink-Cleaner/dp/B0001KA0MW before I go and buy it will this clear them out without causing any damage?

I don't think it will work. The shaft may be 6 mm (1/4") but that bulb on the end is going to be way too big to fit into the tubing in the car. It's gotta be 12mm (7/16") What I've done is to use the blowgun and blow out the crap that's in the line.
I also wouldn't try to push the small end down the drain lest it punctures the wall and starts another leak. I have used a 1/16" welding rod and bent the end back over so it is a smooth ball to dig around deep in the drain. Be careful doing that... again, punctures.

I'd use an air-line first or if not available try some (fairly) hot water. that normally gets things moving.
