Don't pressure wash your engine compartment, I don't use a pressure washer on a regular basis only when really dirty and only from a distance.
Just take your time, do your engine compartment in sections. Get some long bottle brushes, preferably plastic core not steel.
And don't forget the boot (trunk) lid.....:cool:

I remember sorting out a V12 where un to known by the client after a repair job somewhere in the UK .
They steamed / jet washed engine bay
Hence multiple miss-fires !!!

I ended up dry cleaning engine bay and while i was there changed all 24 spark plugs

The two coil packs 1 x per side came back all good
As they were ££$$$

The company paid for the issue amongst other major issues i found .

So Dont jet wash your Engine Bay !!
