I have this device installed on my car. Although it really doesn't give you any more power, it takes the lag time away when you "step on the pedal" so you really get the feeling that the car is much more responsive.

Bottom line, for the cost I feel that it was a worth-while modification and I am happy I did it.

where did you order the part from?

is it really that easy to install? i am guessing that i should uninstall it when i take it to the dealer for servicing?

Yes, here in the Bay Area. Where in the area are you?

I ordered the part from Chrome-tec. No, not necessary to remove when servicing, it does not show up on diagnostics, totally invisible. While not difficult to install, it would be a major pain in the arse to remove each and eveytime you get service anyway.
