Hi All, this is my first time so i thought i should say hi and thanks for having me, I is a great place to get informed. I live in Melbourne Au, and bought my first SLK 230 2002 model. it drives great, although it does need lots of tidying up and some panel work. I also have a SLK 320 2003 model that i bought from auction as a wreck hoping to use it to complete the 230. I hope i have done the right thing as i did not really confirm if they are compatible. I want to change over the drivers door, some roof bits and pieces, side skirts, rear bumper and maybe replace the rear drivers qrt panel. can anyone tell me if these will fit before i start the tear down.??? thanks to all:grin:

Hi Cafeman, and welcome from the UK Midlands! :)

As I think Jeff has already suggested in your previous thread, request the data cards for both of the cars, and then he can help you to compare the necessary part numbers to see if they match...
• Post your VIN (or VIN of a car you're looking at) in the Vehicle Datacard Request section to get a free datacard (options on the car).
FREE!! How to get a free data card!

That would seem, to me, to be a great way to do a great comparison... Good luck with your project, I look forward to hearing how it works out! :tu:

Welcome from Madrid ...

I would guess that body parts will be the same , it's only when you get into mechanical parts you'll find some differences !
