I just got my 2002 SLK 320 Sport model AMG options out of storage and when I started it, pushed the brake pedal went to the floor. I shut it off and pushed and had pedal. Held my foot on pedal and started it again and it went to the floor. Checked under car and no leaks. Fluid full. Any ideas?

Check under the dash above the brake pedal for signs of leakage.

I'd still check again for any signs of external leakage. A pinhole in a brake line or a leaking union could cause this although my money would also be on a perished o ring inside the master cylinder, rebuild kits should be available.

Couple of good links already posted above in posts #3 & #8

You could try pumping new fluid into the system and check the colour of the old fluid as it comes out of each caliper.

When was the brake fluid last changed?

I had this happen on a quad bike that was left stood for about 5 months and new fluid did the trick (old stuff looked awful as it came out).
