I've searched this & other sites but can't find the part number for these - probably because I don't know how to describe them

Edit: (PS they are called end stops in the parts catalogue & the part numbers are A1706370190 for left side bottom guide & A1706370290 for right side bottom part - don't know what the top two part numbers are?)

A picture helps - they are rubber covered metal pieces - the top ones are bolted to boot lid at left & right - bottom ones screwed to bottom lid opening. The top to bottom marries together when lid is closed & seem to guide the boot position?

Mine have the rubber split on them & one has rubber completely missing
Any idea of part numbers?

All that I can offer you is the link to looking up parts.
It can be an awkward tool when you're hunting parts like those.

Really useful links (thanks to ixions cataloguing)

put in your vin

it then gives you the part number
if the part numbers show left n right, they have different part numbers
and that will be shown to you

Ok, I had a site with all 4 part numbers on it but that's not the site I ordered from as it was too expensive - I'll see if I can find it again & post the part numbers?

This is the ebay UK seller I got the parts from - very reasonable & great service - they emailed me that the first set they were about to send had split rubber on one of the parts which they missed on inspection & they sent me a good set. But I noticed the back of one of the lower rubber stops was missing one of its two metal lugs so they are sending another pair of these bottom stops.

Great service helesbels0362 on eBay

BTW, I think the function of these parts are to guide/settle the boot lid correctly (in the horizontal plane?) when the boot is closed so it's probably more correct to call them "end stops" than rubber stops? These parts are metal shapes covered in rubber rather than full rubber parts & they marry with rubber covered guides on the boot lid when closed.

The rubber on mine split & eventually cam away from the metal, probably because the pneumatic boot lid struts no longer did their job & the boot didn't stay open when lifted (one bang to the head is enough) & slammed when closed if not careful with it

There are also full rubber stops in the boot which the boot lid closes onto which probably also act to ensure the vertical plane alignment.

Also, the two bottom rubber stops are different from each other - the driver side one (I call that the right side) is shorter than the left one (passenger side). It threw me & I thought I had been sent an incorrect one but the seller educated me.

The left bottom part number is A1706370190
The right bottom part is A1706370290

There are part numbers for the upper stops but these are on the boot lid & I can't find them at the moment. You probably can only get these parts as a set of 4, anyway?
