So before I go and buy an ASP pulley, I have a question. How difficult is it to install? Is it a pretty simple DIY job or is it a bit more taxing? My '02 C230 coupe was easy enough with the Kleemann, but this looks like you have less room to work with.

Anyone with experience on this? Also I've got a good friend over at Powerchip who says he can get the car tuned to run properly w/o the extra MAF relocation and whatnot. They've been in business for a while, so I have faith in it. I'm going to give it a shot and let you guys know when it's all done the before and after. :)

I'm guessing throwing into 5th gear like the '02 C230 doesn't work as well? :/

Also, almost forgot. How much are you supposed to torque the bolt? I know on the 230 the stock was 200-225 ft lbs w/the stock pulley and on a Kleemann boost pulley it was 150-175.

Are the numbers the same on this one or would ASP know the numbers on that?

The torque is the same. The ASP pulley is just a re worked OEM pulley.
