Hi everybody, this is my first post !!!

Ok, here we go ! This is what I did so far:

1- Check IAT with OBDII reader, when car cold, ambiant at 20°C, IAT at 20°C
and after 10 minutes, IAT at 24°C, seems ok to me.

2- I know ECU disengage supercharged when IAT is above 93°C and that's my
problem.

3- Took out the IC pump, disassemble, clean and reassemble it. Plug it to a 12V
power supply, inlet in the sink and pump was working fine !

4- Put it back on the car, hook the pump with the same power supply (not from the
car battery or with OEM harness), pump is working but something strange is
happening ????

5- My question is: when the pump is working that way, engine off, I should see
coolant coming out of one of the two metal pipe when I disconnect the rubber
hose that goes back to the coolant reservoir ??? No coolant comes out ???

And if my english is not that good it's because I'm a french speaking person from Canada !!

While it's not completely clear it sounds like the mechanical part of your pump has failed even though the electrical part is ok. If flow is below spec (or no flow) replace the pump.

So I should see coolant coming out through the tube attached to the bleeding nipple ! If not the pump even if it's working is not strong enough, is that what your saying ??

In the first picture, when I energize the pump, nothing comes out of the tube and the second picture is my Bench Power supply made from a PC power supply very usefull !!

That might no be the right hose to test, looks like the gas bypass for the engine.

Ah nice diagram!
You want the section of blue hose before the intercooler.

If flow is ok then the red section after.

If flow is again ok supply pump with distilled water and disconnect after heat exchanger (you are testing for clogging).

Final post, this is what I did:

1- Disconnect the hose that goes from the heat exchanger to inlet of the pump.
2- Connect a garden hose to the inlet of the pump into a bucket with coolant.
3- Start the pump manually with my Power supply.
4- Coolant was coming out of the heat exchanger, so no clog in the intercooler and heat exchanger.
5- Remove the garden hose and reconnect the hose from the heat exchanger to inlet of pump.
6- I let the pump run for 20 minutes to make sure no air was in the system, it's a self bleeding
system. I could hear the pump making a different sound when air was passing through !!

When for a drive and check IAT with OBD II reader and temp never got above 50°C, I was not WOT
all the time but it's working now ! And for those of you who spent in excess of $100 to buy a new pump, it's just a 12V DC motor with brushes, very easy to rebuild yourself or go to a shop that repair small motor. Next time it happens, I'm gonna rebuild it myself !!! Thanks VII7 for your help !

Ok just to let you know I rebuilt my IC pump and this is the brushes I used, perfect fit :

Milwaukee carbon brushes, product no: 22-18-0710

And the bearing is from NSK 608Z, but I did not replace mine !!
