One of my fav color combos from MB kinda like BRG over Cognac. I had a W108
4.5 a long time ago in the same color combo just lovely after it was washed and waxed.
This 1967 Mercedes-Benz 230SL was sold new at Auto Engineering of Lexington, Massachusetts in 1967. The car remained with its original owner until it was purchased by a collector in the early 2000s. The third owner acquired the car in 2005 and subsequently performed a cosmetic restoration in 2008. Finished in Dark Green over Cognac MB-Tex, this W113 now shows 94k miles and was acquired by the current owner in 2011. Power is provided by the original 2.3-liter inline-six mated to a 4-speed manual transmission, and recent work included an oil change, idle adjustment, and overall inspection. The car is now offered by the consigning dealer with a removable Pagoda hardtop, factory books, manuals, M-B data card, warranty plate, some records, and a clean Florida title in the current owner’s name.
