Hi, My fenders are rusted out. All the aftermarket ones I've found have holes in them for a turn signal. At least in the pictures. Oddly same thing with the M/B parts catalog. My version does not have a fender mount turn signal. Does anybody know where I can find left and right front fenders without a turn signal cut out 2002 SLK 230

Mercedes Benz dealers do the facelift fenders for about £210.00 each, these have no hole for side marker light and usually are delivered to dealer two days after order in U.K.

I was debating about having my fender fixed or replaced. Is there anyplace in US to order the fender without the turn signal hole?

Yup. I was just fishing to see if anyone else can answer.

I will probably have to buy the fenders with turn signal holes and have the body shop fill/cover them before painting.

I have spent the last 6 months restoring the interior a piece at a time. Now for the exterior.

Hi all,
I gave up and got the only ones I could find, with light holes. I put scoops over them. carefully chosen and applied I think they work. BTW I went aftermarket and the fit was off, and doesn't align 100%.
Happy and merry whatever,
Wolf.

That's what I had to do some years ago, before the post-FL fenders/wings became available here in the UK

The pre-FL fenders/wings bolt straight on, just 'glass the holes from the inside and fill 'n smooth from the outside.

I really would try Mercedes over there first tho just to see if they can get you a pair at a reasonable price.
As Wolf! has pointed out, aftermarket items will require some "fettling" (understatement) and if there's not a huge price difference you'd be better off with genuine Merc parts in the long run.
£210 here works out @ $280ish over there? each
