I'm rebuilding an M112 engine for an SLK 320 ( my first Benz engine). Before I buy the conrod bearings, it's asking for A COLOR that is supposed to be on the back of the conrod bearing but it's not. I've looked at the service manual and it does not even show where the color codes...
I was on the highway this morning (385 out of Greenville) when in the distance I saw what I thought was an SLK in red (like mine). I zigged through traffic to catch up and get a good look at her. As I closed in on her, I noticed that her badge didn't seem right so I had to get pretty close...
