Adding aux with 6 cd changer?

I have an NTG1 with a factory installed cd changer. I would like to add an aux cable so I can use my iPod audio also. I'm guessing it is the cd changer that is plugged into the aux jack on my NTG1? Scoured the old posts, but couldn't find anyone who had both hooked up at the same time. Anyone try this? Able to splice into the same wires?

The NTG1 in my 2005 R171 has both factory fitted CD-changer and Aux input. Both are in the glovebox. The aux-in socket is on the far left of the inside of the glovebox (RHD car). If you don't have that (on the far right for a LHD car), then perhaps someone else with more knowledge of US-spec cars will be along shortly to answer instead.. :)

Can you post photo of your head unit? Audio 20 vs. COMAND? Do you have Sat/Nag?

US/North American COMAND unit with Sat/Nag will have AUX input (3.5mm audio jack) located at the right side wall of the glove box compartment, just below the light source for the same compartment... unless you have the optional iPod integration kit connected, in which case the AUX input will not work.

Found it! It was an 1/8" jack on the ride side, was looking on the left.
Thank you for the help.
