Was getting into the turning lane to my left, when this car in front of me decided to do the same thing without bothering to see if anyone was behind them! It felt like they hit me. I somehow maneuvered the vehicle away from them and onto the curb without thinking about it.

Being a bit off, I screamed in my car for a little bit at the teenage girls in front of me (the car was closed, so they could see me acting like a psychotic, but not hear me.) I then got out and walked up to their vehicle, and in a kind way that must have been quite humorous in contrast to my in-vehicle rant, asked them to please pull into Blockbuster's parking lot so that I could see what damage was done. I told them kindly that I had their license plate digits.

Meanwhile a lady in another car 2 lanes away was yelling at me, telling me that she was the mother of this girl. She pulled into blockbuster with us, told the girls to not roll down their windows, and told me that she had called 911.

The cop came, listened to the woman talk, presumably about how much of a monster I was, and then came over and asked me how things were. I told her fine, that I didn't think any damage was done, and that I'd like to drive around blockbuster once to make sure. I didn't feel any damage to the vehicle, so I told the cop this, and she told me: "you have their license plate, in case you notice damage in the future."

Well gents, I hope there's no damage to the wheels or axle. I suppose that I won't know until I'm on the highway, eh? Man, it felt like I was hit! But I don't see any white from that vehicle, and I don't see any damage on the panels.... here's to hoping!

Give your car a good once over. Good thing you have the license plate number and a police report. Someone does not have to hit you to be liable for damages when you are being evasive. Great reactions to others. Keep driving defensively.

If you hit or ran over a curb, you may (at minimum) need a wheel alignment. This along with the suspension would be the first thing I'd have a shop check out, along with my own inspection and determination of body damage (if any).

I probably would have been a smart a$$ and reflected onto the mother the crummy job she did teaching her kid how to drive. Yeah, I know, it wouldn't have got me anywhere...lol. It's sad we have to constantly watch out for those who don't have a clue behind the wheel.

Hope there's no damage to the car, though.
