Is it blowing the fuse when you move the seat? If so I'd think you must have a short. Have you examined the wires under the seat? Can you narrow it down to a single switch (recline or fore-aft)?

I would bet that one of the wires to the seat has a short. There are some older threads about it, and you should be able to check the wiring and unplug the seat, then try another fuse. Seat removal is not too hard, for better access to the wires. Adamantium is the resident expert about seat repair and removal. Try sending him a PM...

still got the problem tryed to get the seat out today (its fully back and down) so no chance of getting at the back bolts. im stumped any one got any ideas?????????????????/
