If it was a diesel, I'd say it was the fuel pump pressurising the system ready to start the car up.

Dealer was able to duplicate the sound this morning and fixed Low temp coolant circuit has air pocket. Low temp intercooler hoses vibrating and coolant circulation pump growling. Perform low temp circuit fill and bleed.... YEHEY!!! Downtown Los Angeles Dealership is the best. Thank you all.
