Ok guys, I need some help on the slk32 brakes. I recently changed out brake pads to the ceramic kind because I’m sick of cleaning the wheels all the time. Prior to changing the pads, the feel of the brakes were near the top of the brake pedal. But now after changing the pads, the stopping force has moved to the bottom of the brake pedal.
Originally I thought I had air in the lines, even thou I did not open the system. I just took the cap off the brake reservoir when I pushed the calipers back to incorporate the new thicker pads. Anyhow, I bled all the lines at the calipers and bled at the junction block near the master cylinder. But nothing worked; the feel of the stopping force is still at the bottom of the brake pedal.
any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
