2003 - 2006 SLK 350 Auto Spark plugs !! 12 or 6 ?

Hi again to you all out there. I have been perusing the SLK 350 as a possible step-up from my 2008 SLK 280.

Do all of the SLK 350's have the twelve spark plug technology or do some only use the six plug system that is more conventional ?

What is the cost of a plug change when it comes to changing all 12 and are they a specific plug manufacturers product ?
During the last week or so or so I have also looked at the probability of an SL 350 purely on the basis of it being a considerably more comfortable drive with better shaped seat and backrest profiles (Yes I know that this forum is for SLK's but they do both come as 350's).

and spark plugs for Super Charger again in 2016

specific plugs from KLEEMANN. It’s a colder heat range plug. Typical for superchargers
Cooler range of spark plug due to the boost we’re forcing into the motor. Cooler running plugs produce a better spark. 2 heat ranges colder than OE

Our '55's aren't cheap on maintenance. Looking for rotors (for next summer). JUST for fronts . EACH:

I chose TRWs when I changed all four of mine two years ago. They're A LOT cheaper! :)

I drive it quite hard (and over 10k miles) and they look almost brand new. No lipping and I have good grip with my Brembo pads that I got at the same time.
