Hello, everyone! My name is Grant and I own a 1998 Mercedes SLK230. I have been looking into fun and not insanely expensive performance options that I can do to my car. Possible pulley and belt upgrades for the supercharger, engine part upgrades, or turbos, and even possibly ECU tuners. I am looking to just get that extra boost that I know this wonderful car has. I just want the pin you in your seat speed that when the supercharger kicks in it already sort of gives you. I bought this car as a winter project, so any recommendations you guys have, I have a couple months to get to work and keep everyone updated. I have a love for all cars, especially Mercedes, and I bought this car as a fun project that will make it my Spring/Summer Time baby. If you guys have any recommendations please do let me know! Thanks so much!
Information on the car: Has the original supercharged 4 banger, no modifications done, only custom work is on the interior when they had it redone. The car has around 96,000 miles and I know I can get quite a good amount more out of it if I keep changing out the parts and keep it on nice fuel
Just recently got a convertible top replacement so it is working by springtime... wayyy too much but so worth it.
