Hi, I'm looking for a pair of sensibly priced 2nd hand wings in the UK to develop a new sports design.

Try euromercwebstore. I've only used once for an under tray for my 350. Delivery was a bit slow (2 weeks)and nor much in the way of communication.
Also try Dronsfield Mercedes.

wings as in fenders or wings as to put on the hood grills near the windshield known as 'gills' or aerowings?

I was going to say: it "feels" like it has wings when going at good speed.
