How to Remove number plate light trim

I am going to fit reverse camera my fingers hurt from so many searches so can somebody point me towards how to remove trim around lights and tailgate lock please I am newbie so probably making a mess of search. Car is post face lift SLK 200 Kompressor (2009). Thanks

Three small nuts on the back side - remove the access panel to see them.
