R171 Underside Pictures - Any concerns?

I'd be very grateful if people could give me their opinion of the underside photos of the SLK55 I am looking at.

Rear subframe and gearbox mount on a 2005 UK car.

Garage
Inspect rear chassis thoroughly.
If that's solid anything else is recoverable.

Thanks

I’ve found some other images of this subframe and they seemed to have something bolted to the three smaller holes just under your red ring - any idea what this is? Kind of looks like an anti roll bar, but I thought this was at the top of the subframe?

Ah, ok.

Is this not used on the SLK55 then? The car has lost its secondary cats, so maybe that is why?

Does it look ok? Certainly has some rust, but is it any worse than normal?

Torsion bar

Hi to all , can anyone tell me the name of the torsion bar in the foreground of picture 1 of the original posting
One of mine looks rusty and requires replacing. The problem with them is that where they rust they are hidden by the plastic underside panels
