Pneumatic line on tumbler replacement

Hello
Will anyone could guide me to direction of removing pneumatic line from intake manifold per step 23 of the instruction. The line is worn out, and I want to replace them while at it. I broke one on the left too (any advice how to remove it)
Thanks
Simon

If difficult I use a little tool with a right angle and a V cut to pull the hose from the end. Otherwise you may just tighten it.

Thank you for all your response. After splendidly research, I found the “connector” is unobtainable without buying the whole manifold. Therefore; I chose to “JB weld” it. So far it hasn’t fail me yet. In the mean time, I’ll be junk yard shopping and keep you guy post.
