Phone and Bluetooth were an option in pre 2008 cars, you may not have that option, look in the centre console for an electrical socket (it may have a slide on plastic cover).
But if you’ve got Comand you will have Nav.

I have a 2006 and don't have NAV. I don't get it. See photo. Could it be an error in the Datacard?

NTG5/NTG5.5?

Are you certain of these numbers?

Doesn't sound correct.

I'd expect it might be NTG2.5.

I'm guessing that you got the DC yourself as I can't find a reference in your posts.

"Thus I will summarize what efair already knew, but I am a little slow. In 2006 code 531 was used for SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO FOR USA PREINSTALLATION. Sometime between then and now the EPC tool had that code changed so that a Datacard for a 2006 car now reads as 531 - COMAND APS NTG5."

Would that also apply to the information on the datacards for 2005 SLK350s? Does mine actually have NTG1/NTG1.5 instead of the NTG5/NTG5.5 shown on the datacard?

COMAND-APS NTG1
In year 2002 a new generation COMAND system was introduced on W211 E-Class. It was designed for a new techology MOSTO which replaced previous D2B network. All new MOST systems were named COMAND-APS as a differentiation from the previous D2B systems.
The NTG1 has a DVD disc player for navigation instead of CD, this allowed to have the whole region in one disc (for example Europe). NTG1 systems were also able to play MP3 CDs/DVDs.
