230 belt tensioner replace

Hi Everyone,
I have a water pump, power steering belt tensioner that froze up and burned up the belt. I'm in the process of replacing it but I cannot figure out how to remove the tensioner assemble which looks like a requirement for its repair. Can anyone help with step by step instructions for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thnaks

Thanks JaysonM. This is exactly what I needed. I did not realize there is a nut under the shroud to take off the pulley. The bearing for the pulley is destroyed. I will find out today if the shaft is gone also. If it is I will need to replace the whole idler assembly.
Thanks again.

Thanks slk320chick. This did not cover the idler removal BUT this was a great documented removal of the head. I hope I never will need it but I will keep it in my archives in case I do.
Thanks again
