Alloy wheel corrosion, on the inside.
I took off one of my alloys yesterday, and discovered it had several patches of corrosion on the inside of the wheel. It looks fine on the outside, very good for its age (16 years) in fact. But inside, not so good...
So, any recommendations for what to do to stop this rot? It's not a matter of aesthetics, as you can't see the damage, is there some magic stuff you can apply to alloys to stop 'em corroding further?
(They're the standard OEM MB alloys for a 230K R-170)
