230 roof stuck on closed position

Hello,
I need your help please,
today I went to put the top down but top did not go down.
When I pulled up and back on the red power button there was no red light illumination on the red button, and no sounds or any roof activation, the red button light however lights up when I push red button foreword and the hydraulic pump is making the classic pressure locking sound

It sounds like an electric/sensor issue.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

::a

The above guide should help.

A few classic issues.
Is the blind in the trunk in place?
Many long time owners have forgotten this one in the past.

Is the battery in top condition?
Try with engine running.

Can you hear the two locks moving above the windscreen?
Try a thump.

Can you lower the roof manually?
Circa page 140 in the handbook.

That sounds like a problem with the switch itself.

I've done the blind in the trunk several times. The last time my roof wouldn't move was because I'd just lowered the trunk and not closed it. Again worth checking.
