need help on removing master clutch cylinder

I have a Mercedes-Benz SLK230 1999. Clutch pedel went to floor and will not return. I can pull the pedel up. I have replace the slave cylinder and bleed it and have same problem So I am now replacing the master cylinder but can not get the two nuts that hold the cylinder in place off any suggestions.

You need to remove the entire brake/clutch pedal assembly. it's the 3 13mm bolts and the pin for the brake master cylinder.
