Timing chain or tensioner issue?

Trying to figure out if it is tensioner/chain issue, P/S pump issue, or valVe issue. Only on the drivers side. TIA for any help you can provide!

How many miles on the engine? I've never had one of these engines so I can only speculate.

120K. I think I've isolated it to the belt tensioner, actually (big sigh of relief!) When i detached the belt to run the engine without it to see if it was the P/S pump, the sound went away, but I noticed with the belt on, the tensioner vibrated in sycn with the sound. The belt and tensioner were replaced at around 75K but FCPEuro does lifetime replacement.

Thx. I do have one of those. T/S yesterday and believe this sound is the belt tensioner.
