Question Stripping RED engine panel ??

I need to repaint the RED panel that sits in the Rocker box on a R170. The partnumber is A1111501975 -Picture below.

Can anyone advise me on the best Paint Stripper to use. I'm in the UK so someone from here or the EU would be the best as our laws on Chemicals we can purchase are tighter than in the States.

Somebody (EU I think) did this in recent times. (Last few months).

But I think it was only a post in the 'what have you done...' thread.
