Try a simple reset first. Start the car, turn the wheel all the way left and then all the way right. Center the wheel and shut off the car for a few mins. Mine does this about twice a year. If that doesn't work, it could be a wheel sensor, brake sensor etc. What exactly did the benz dealer say needed to be replaced?
