per the chart, they are for all models r171 and you have a r170 so I would say no.

I have this style http://www.ebay.com/itm/2001-to-2004...7ae7eb&vxp=mtr
The difference is my model year does not have the posts that hold the mats in place, there are clips that pin to the carpet & hold the mat in place.
