pulling to the left

hi
i am after some advice
my slk 320 2001 uk has started pulling to the left after a new set of tyres have been fitted (now 12 months old)

the tracking has been checked and is ok

the tyres have been swapped over and its still pulling to the left

i do have kumo directional tyres on them would that be the problem

also passed the mot with no problems so i would say the ball joints and tie rod ends should be ok

any ideas ??

Two questions.

Is your drive smooth other than the pull?

If you have minor vibration, did you hit a deep pothole or mount a high kerb in the time since the change?

Any good tyre fitter would spot a buckled wheel, but if it happened since fitting....

Our 350 had a slight pull.
Switching to matching tyres all round helped but still a slight pull remained.
The fitter spotted a buckled wheel.
One new wheel later the ride is dead straight.

When you swapped the wheels over did the pull direction change?

You've already checked the obvious culprits.
Assuming that you trust your MOT garage.

Maybe it's time for a laser check wheel alignment.

hi
the problem has been there since the tyre change
i have 4 kumos on it
the are no buckled wheels nor have i hit a pot hole
i trust the MOT guy 100% so its not that

before i changed to all kumo tyre i had kumo on the back and bridgestones on the front and there was no pulling to the left

its just a slight pull and its more annoying than anything else

do anyone have any tyre recommendation for the front ?

Compare the wheel lugs left to right.

Do they have the same taper?

Some aftermarket lugs don't match the MB oem shape at the end of the lug.
