What are these spare parts found inside my car???

As I tore apart the rear of my SLK R170 to replace my top cylinders, I found these two spare parts, what are they?

One was located in each side of the rear inner wheel well, on top of the rubber drain plug.

Neither was attached to anything.

PS- look at my convertible top pump, Bubba took channel locks to the stop bolt and almost completely stripped it clean.
Also, Bubba decided to drill a hole on the top of the plastic reservoir tank. Thank God he didn't mess with the brass plug!

If anyone has a spare plastic reservoir , please let me know.
