Compatible transmission fluid withe the SLK 230?

Eventually I would like to do a full flush, but at the moment I just need to top it off <1liter. What is a cheap, safe and compatible fluid that I could find easy for a simple top off? Don't want to go the dealership for a .5 liter top off and pay 50$.
