Foggy window fix (air recirc door)
I've been stumped by my foggy windows in winter for awhile. Cleaned all the drain tubes, checked the passenger side well (dry), no heater core leaks. Then I stumbled on this excellent thread: https://www.slkworld.com/slk-r170-cla...r-problem.html
That was likely my problem but I didn't want to take the whole dash apart (as I'm pretty lazy). I figured that by taking the glove box out, manually closing the door and cutting off the vacuum, I'd be good. I know the ac wont work as well but I'm in Minnesota and when it's nice out, the top is down anyway.
It took me 15 mins to take it apart, 6 mins to shoot the video and 20 mins to reassemble. Hope this is helpful to the group.
